Comparison review
Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is much better than the Huawei Ascend D2's general score of 64.5. Even though the Galaxy Note Edge is a little heavier than the Huawei Ascend D2, it's somewhat thinner and newer. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note Edge has the newer 5.0 version and Huawei Ascend D2 has Android 4.1.2 version, giving you some nice extra features and enhanced performance.
Galaxy Note Edge features a better display than Huawei Ascend D2, because it has a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a quite greater screen density and a little larger display. Galaxy Note Edge counts with a quite better hardware performance than Huawei Ascend D2, and although they both have 4 CPU cores, the Galaxy Note Edge also has more RAM memory and a graphics processing unit.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei Ascend D2, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 128 GB. Huawei Ascend D2 and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge count with very similar batteries.
Galaxy Note Edge shoots a lot better photos and videos than Huawei Ascend D2, and although they both have the same aperture, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a lot higher (4K) video quality and a better 16 mega pixels resolution back camera.
The Galaxy Note Edge costs exactly the same than Huawei Ascend D2, making it a very good choice.
