The Motorola RAZR M has a score of 58.9, which is a little bit better than the Huawei Ascend G6's score of 53.5. Motorola RAZR M's construction is just a bit thicker and a little bit heavier than Huawei Ascend G6. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Motorola RAZR M has newer 4.4.2 version and Huawei Ascend G6 has Android 4.3, providing you a couple nice extra features.
