Huawei Ascend G6 Review

Huawei Ascend G6 is a not so powerful Android phone, packed with a 4.5-inches touch-screen, a very fast Quad-Core processor speeding at 1.2 gigahertz, and two cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back camera and a 5 mega-pixels front side camera. Is that all? Not at all, it's just the tip of the iceberg.

This phone comes with a great 1.2 gigahertz Quad-Core processor, bundled in a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8926 chip. Graphic rendering usually eats lots of processor time, so this phone also has an additional 450 megahertz Adreno 305 GPU to take some work out of the CPU.

The Huawei Ascend G6 is slim and practical, being just 0.31" thick. Although this phone is only 5.17 inches long, it still manages to hold a 4.5 inches display. The Huawei Ascend G6 is offerred in a wide range of color options, black, brown, pink, blue and white. This cellphone is much lighter than what you expect from a cellphone this size.

This cellphone features two cameras, an 8 megapixels back-facing camera and a 5 mega-pixels front facing camera. To complete the camera, it also has flash and auto-focus.

This cellphone has a nice 4.5-inches screen with a 960 x 540 resolution, providing this phone with a very good graphic quality. Its screen uses LCD capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.

This phone counts with a medium sized 2000 mAh battery providing the Huawei Ascend G6 with a quite short battery life.

The Huawei Ascend G6 has WiFi capability (but it can't be shared with other devices as a mobile mobile hotspot), 4G (LTE) high performance internet connection and fast 3G connection type, supported by HSPA and EDGE technologies. This cellphone uses a SIM card to use GSM services.
