Sony Xperia P Review

Sony Xperia P is a mid level Android phone launched many years ago, equipped with a 1000 MHz Dual-Core processor, a 4 inches touch-screen, and 2 cameras, an 8 megapixels back-facing camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front camera.

Sony is offering this cellphone in three different color options, black, red and gray. This device's thickness , 0.41", is a bit far from nowadays standards, but it still feels quite fine in the user's hand. Sony appears to have forgotten about weight optimization in this 4.23 ounces cellphone.

Sony designed this phone with a good looking 4-inches screen, and a 960 x 540 resolution, making everything look very good. This screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.

This phone has a 16 GB quite big internal storage memory and whereas it doesn't count with an SD extension slot, it should be enough to store a couple hundred applications and games, but it may not be enough if you are planning to install some of the heaviest games currently available.

This cellphone provides wifi capability (which it can provide to other devices acting as a mobile hotspot) and 3G fast connectivity, over HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The Sony Xperia P works with a SIM card for GSM carriers.

The Sony Xperia P has two cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back camera and a 0.3 megapixels front side camera. It is capable of shooting videos in 1920x1080 (Full HD).
