Galaxy Ace 3's body is newer, a bit lighter and just a bit thinner than the Xperia P.

The Xperia P counts with a slightly better screen than Samsung Galaxy Ace 3, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Xperia P also has a bit higher pixel density and a slightly higher resolution of 960 x 540. The Galaxy Ace 3 has more memory capacity for games and applications than Xperia P, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows up to 64 GB.

The Galaxy Ace 3's processing unit is very similar to Sony Xperia P's processor, and although the Galaxy Ace 3 has a weaker 250 MHz graphics processor, they both have a Dual-Core processor and the same RAM memory amount.
