Galaxy Ace 3 is slightly better than Xperia P, getting a 62.2 score against 58.4. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Ace 3 has 4.2.2 version while Xperia P has Android 4.1.2, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance. Galaxy Ace 3's body is newer, a bit lighter and just a bit thinner than the Xperia P.

The Galaxy Ace 3's processing unit is very similar to Sony Xperia P's processor, and although the Galaxy Ace 3 has a weaker 250 MHz graphics processor, they both have a Dual-Core processor and the same RAM memory amount. The Galaxy Ace 3 shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia P, although it has a lot lower (HD) video resolution and a camera with a way lower 5 megapixels resolution.
The Galaxy Ace 3 counts with a way better battery lifetime than Xperia P, because it has a 38% greater battery size.
