Comparison review
The HTC Wildfire S has an overall score of 47.7, which is a little bit better than the Huawei Ascend II's 44.3 score. Both phones in this review use Android OS, but HTC Wildfire S has the newer 2.3.4 version and Huawei Ascend II has Android 2.3, providing the user some nice extra features. Although the HTC Wildfire S and the Huawei Ascend II were released only 3 months apart, HTC Wildfire S's design is thicker but just a bit lighter.
HTC Wildfire S has a bit more powerful processor than Huawei Ascend II, and although they both have the same number of cores, the HTC Wildfire S also has a larger amount of RAM memory and an additional graphics co-processor. The HTC Wildfire S counts with a more vivid screen than Huawei Ascend II, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 480 x 320 pixels, the HTC Wildfire S also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch in the display.
HTC Wildfire S shoots much better videos and photos than Huawei Ascend II. Both have the same resolution back facing camera. The HTC Wildfire S's memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is just as good as Huawei Ascend II's one, both of them have a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 32 GB.
The Huawei Ascend II features a bit superior battery duration than HTC Wildfire S, because it has a 1400mAh battery capacity.
HTC Wildfire S not only is the best devices between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a lot cheaper.
