The Samsung Epic 4G Touch is a bit better than the Huawei Ascend P1, having a score of 60.8 against 56.9. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Epic 4G Touch has the newer 4.1.2 version and Huawei Ascend P1 has Android 4.0.3, providing you a lot of extra features and performance tweaks. Despite being the best in this comparison review, the Samsung Epic 4G Touch construction is heavier and thicker than Huawei Ascend P1.
The Huawei Ascend P1 counts with a little faster CPU than Samsung Epic 4G Touch. Both have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores. The Samsung Epic 4G Touch and Huawei Ascend P1 both have similar displays, because although the Samsung Epic 4G Touch has a quite worse pixel quantity per inch of screen and a quite lower resolution of 800 x 480px, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen.
The Samsung Epic 4G Touch has a superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei Ascend P1, and although they both have a SD extension slot that allows up to 32 GB, the Samsung Epic 4G Touch also has 16 GB internal memory. The Samsung Epic 4G Touch shoots much better photographs and videos than Huawei Ascend P1. Both of them have a back facing camera with an 8 mega pixels resolution, the same video quality and the same video frame rate.
Samsung Epic 4G Touch features a little better battery performance than Huawei Ascend P1, because it has 1800mAh of battery capacity instead of 1670mAh.
Samsung Epic 4G Touch not only is the best phones of the ones in this comparison, but it's also the cheapest, making it a very good choice.
