Huawei Mate 10 Pro has a global score of 79.2, which is just a bit better than the OnePlus 8's global score of 76. The Huawei Mate 10 Pro design has the same thickness than OnePlus 8, but it is just a little bit lighter. OnePlus 8 features a bit better processing unit than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 8 also has more RAM.
OnePlus 8 features a much better looking display than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because it has a bit larger display, a just a bit higher display density and a slightly better 1080 x 2400px resolution. The Huawei Mate 10 Pro and the OnePlus 8 count with quite similar memory capacity for games and applications, both have exactly the same internal memory.
The OnePlus 8 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for shooting photos and/or video in low-light environments, and they both have the same video definition, the OnePlus 8 also counts with a way bigger camera sensor shooting lot better quality pictures, a way more MP back-facing camera and better 60 frames per second video frame rates.
The OnePlus 8 has a little better battery performance than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity.
