Comparison review
IPhone XS Max is a little bit better than Huawei Mate 10, having an 84.5 score against 78.9. The iPhone XS Max design is newer and just a bit thinner than Huawei Mate 10's, although it is somewhat heavier. Apple iPhone XS Max has a quite better processing power than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a lower number of cores (but faster), and they both have the same RAM amount, the Apple iPhone XS Max also counts with a 64-bits processing unit.
The Huawei Mate 10 has just a bit better looking screen than iPhone XS Max, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels, a little bit more brightness and a little greater display density. Apple iPhone XS Max counts with a slightly better camera than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for capturing pictures in low-light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and a same resolution back camera, the Apple iPhone XS Max also counts with better video frame rates and a bigger sensor.
Huawei Mate 10 has a superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than iPhone XS Max, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Huawei Mate 10 also has an external memory slot that supports up to 256 GB. The Huawei Mate 10 features greater battery life than Apple iPhone XS Max, because it has a 26% greater battery size.
Although Apple iPhone XS Max is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei Mate 10. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Huawei Mate 10, letting go some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
