Google Pixel 2 has a score of 81.6, which is just a bit better than Huawei Mate 10's 78.9 score. The Google Pixel 2 design is just a little thinner and way lighter than Huawei Mate 10, although they were only released with a couple of months difference. The Huawei Mate 10 and the Google Pixel 2 have very similar CPUs, they have the same RAM memory amount and a Octa-Core CPU.
Huawei Mate 10 features a brighter screen than Google Pixel 2, because it has a better 1440 x 2560 resolution, a larger display and a just a bit better display pixel density. Google Pixel 2 counts with a little bit better camera than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Google Pixel 2 also counts with a bigger back camera sensor taking higher quality videos and pictures and a back facing camera with more megapixels.
Huawei Mate 10 counts with a bit more memory for apps and games than Google Pixel 2, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB. Huawei Mate 10 has a much longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel 2, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2700mAh.
Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, Google Pixel 2 is also by far the cheapest, making buying this phone an easy decision.
