Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 10, getting an 81.7 score against 78.9. Even though Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a lot older and just a little bit thicker than Huawei Mate 10, it's construction is still a little bit lighter. These phones include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has the older 5.0 version while Huawei Mate 10 has Android 10 version.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has just a little better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has an inferior number of cores and less RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has just a bit better screen than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact 2560 x 1440px resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a just a bit higher screen density.
Galaxy Note Edge has a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a way tinier aperture which is not good for capturing images and video in low light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a back camera with a way higher resolution and a larger sensor shooting better quality photographs.
The Huawei Mate 10 has a very superior memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB and 64 GB internal memory. Huawei Mate 10 features greater battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei Mate 10. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Huawei Mate 10, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
