The Galaxy S6 edge+ has a global score of 79.3, which is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 10's 78.9 global score. The Galaxy S6 edge+ is an way older cellphone than the Huawei Mate 10, but it's thinner and lighter anyway. These devices have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S6 edge+ has an older 5.1 version while Huawei Mate 10 has Android 10.
The Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a bit better display than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 2560 x 1440px, the Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch of screen. Huawei Mate 10 counts with a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Huawei Mate 10 also has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 256 GB.

The Galaxy S6 edge+ shoots a bit better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for capturing images and/or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same video quality, the Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a camera with lot more megapixels and a larger camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and photographs.
Although Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei Mate 10. If you want to save some money, you can get Huawei Mate 10, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
