Comparison review
The Xperia XZ3 has a general score of 79.6, which is a bit better than Huawei Mate 10's general score of 78.9. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but Xperia XZ3 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Huawei Mate 10 has Android 10 version, so it gives lots of additional features and performance tweaks. The Xperia XZ3 is a newer cellphone than the Huawei Mate 10, although it is somewhat thicker and just a bit heavier.
The Xperia XZ3 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 10. Both of them have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM. Xperia XZ3 counts with a screen that is just as good as the screen in Huawei Mate 10, because although the Xperia XZ3 has much less brightness, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch of screen, a little bigger display and a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 2880px.
Xperia XZ3 captures just a bit better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not good for shooting images and videos in low light environments, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Xperia XZ3 also counts with a way bigger back camera sensor which offers a much better photo and video quality and a back camera with a much better resolution.
The Xperia XZ3 features a little bit more storage for apps and games than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Xperia XZ3 also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Huawei Mate 10 features improved battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ3, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Sony Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei Mate 10. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Sony Xperia XZ3, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Huawei Mate 10, resigning some features and specifications.
