Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is a little bit better than the Huawei Mate 20 lite, getting an 81.5 score against 76.2. These phones include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has the older 13 version and Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
