Sony Xperia XZ3 is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 20 lite, getting a general score of 79.6 against 76.2. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Sony Xperia XZ3 has newer 9.0 Pie version while Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
