Huawei Mate 20 Pro is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note Edge, having an 82.9 score against 81.7. Although Huawei Mate 20 Pro is incredibly newer than the Galaxy Note Edge, it is a bit thicker and just a little bit heavier. Galaxy Note Edge counts with a bit sharper screen than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, although it has a bit worse 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, a little smaller screen and a just a little less pixels per inch of screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a bit better processing unit than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has 4 less processing cores and 3 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processor. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a much better camera than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has a way bigger sensor providing a way better image quality, a larger aperture to take better photography in low light situations and a way more MP back camera.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 40 percent larger battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a better device, it costs more than Galaxy Note Edge, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Note Edge. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Note Edge, giving up a couple specs and features.
