Xperia 5 is slightly better than Huawei Mate 20 X, having an 81 score against 75.6. Xperia 5 is a noticeably lighter device than Huawei Mate 20 X, but both of them are 0.32inches thick. Xperia 5 features a little bit better performance than Huawei Mate 20 X. Both have a Octa-Core processor and a 6 GB RAM memory.
