Galaxy A80 is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 20, getting a score of 84.9 against 79.5. Although it's the best phone in this review, we must note that it's also a heavier and somewhat thicker phone. Huawei Mate 20 counts with just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A80, although it has a little bit inferior count of pixels per inch of display, a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2244 and a little smaller display.
The Huawei Mate 20 has a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A80, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores. The Galaxy A80 has a little bit better camera than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for low light captures and videos, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Galaxy A80 also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor and a camera with a lot better 48 mega-pixels resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy A80 has as much memory for applications, games, photos and videos as Huawei Mate 20, both of them have equal internal memory. Huawei Mate 20 counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A80, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3700mAh.
