Galaxy Note Edge is slightly better than Huawei Mate 20, getting an 81.7 score against 79.5. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note Edge has 5.0 version while Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Galaxy Note Edge is a just a little bit lighter cellphone than the Huawei Mate 20, but both have the same thickness.
