Huawei Mate 30 5G is better than OnePlus 8, with an 87.4 score against 76. Even being the best phone in this review, Huawei Mate 30 5G's body is just a little heavier and a little bit thicker than the OnePlus 8. OnePlus 8 has a much better display than Huawei Mate 30 5G, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a quite better screen density and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
OnePlus 8 features as much storage to store more apps and games as the Huawei Mate 30 5G, both have the same internal memory. OnePlus 8 counts with a CPU that's very similar to the Huawei Mate 30 5G one, they have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core CPU. The OnePlus 8 counts with a bit superior battery performance than Huawei Mate 30 5G, because it has a 2 percent bigger battery capacity.
The Huawei Mate 30 5G takes a little bit better photos and videos than OnePlus 8, because although it has a camera in the back with a lower 40 mega-pixels resolution and a worse 3840x2160 video quality, and they both have the same aperture, the Huawei Mate 30 5G also counts with a much larger sensor.
