Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has a score of 90.5, which is a little bit better than the LG V50 ThinQ's global score of 83.7. Both phones we compare here come with the same Android 10 OS. Despite being the best device in this comparison review, we must note that it's also just a little heavier and just a little bit thicker.
LG V50 ThinQ features a bit more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a better resolution of 1440 x 3120. The LG V50 ThinQ features a lot bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB.
LG V50 ThinQ and Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G have incredibly similar CPUs, and although the LG V50 ThinQ has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have 8 cores. Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G shoots much better photographs and videos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for shooting pictures or videos in low light environments, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G also counts with a much bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing much higher quality videos and photos and a way more mega pixels back-facing camera.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G features a bit longer battery life than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
