Comparison review
Huawei Mate 30 Pro is a bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 3, having an 87.1 score against 86.3. Even though Huawei Mate 30 Pro and Asus ROG Phone 3 were only released with a couple of months difference, Huawei Mate 30 Pro is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner. The Asus ROG Phone 3 features just a bit better performance than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also has a larger amount of RAM.
Asus ROG Phone 3 counts with a bit more vivid display than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, because although it has a bit lower number of pixels per inch in the screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, it also counts with a bit bigger screen. Huawei Mate 30 Pro features a much greater memory for games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 3, because it has more internal storage.
Asus ROG Phone 3 features just a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not good for capturing photos or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same back-facing camera sensor size, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also counts with a back camera with a lot better 64 MP resolution and a lot better video resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 has improved battery life than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
