Comparison review

Huawei Mate 30 Pro has a general score of 87.1, which is slightly better than the Motorola Edge 50 Pro's general score of 86.3. Both devices in this review use Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 30 Pro has 10 version while Motorola Edge 50 Pro has Android 14. Even being the best in this comparison, it must be told that it is also extremely older, just a little heavier and a bit thicker.

The Huawei Mate 30 Pro counts with a really superior performance than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, although it has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Motorola Edge 50 Pro features a much better display than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2400px resolution and a just a bit lower pixels quantity in each screen inch, it also counts with a little larger display.

The Huawei Mate 30 Pro captures slightly better photos and videos than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a less mega pixels resolution back-facing camera, a smaller back camera sensor capturing lower quality photographs and videos and a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for low light captures.

Motorola Edge 50 Pro counts with a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, because it has 512 GB internal storage. Motorola Edge 50 Pro features a battery lifetime that is just as good as the battery performance in Huawei Mate 30 Pro.
