The Huawei Mate 30 Pro is better than nubia Red Magic 5S, with a overall score of 87.1 against 76.2. These devices have the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding that. Huawei Mate 30 Pro is a somewhat lighter and just a little bit thinner cellphone than nubia Red Magic 5S, although both of them were released only 9 months apart.
