Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than the Huawei Mate 30 Pro, with a 98 score against 87.1. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version while Huawei Mate 30 Pro has Android 10 version. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G body has the same thickness than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, but it's heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit sharper screen than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, because it has a just a little better screen density, a quite bigger display and a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.
