Huawei Mate 30 Pro has a general score of 87.1, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy S9's score of 83.3. Huawei Mate 30 Pro's design is newer than the Galaxy S9's, but it's just a little thicker and heavier. Huawei Mate 30 Pro has a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy S9, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy S9 features a little bit better looking display than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2960 and a higher count of pixels per inch of display. The Huawei Mate 30 Pro has a greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S9, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy S9, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for capturing photographs in low light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 60 frames per second video frame rates, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro also counts with a back facing camera with a way better resolution and a way larger camera sensor which provides a much better image and video quality.
