Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro is much better than TCL 20 Pro 5G, having a overall score of 87.1 against 76.1. Although Huawei Mate 30 Pro is older and just a little bit heavier than the TCL 20 Pro 5G, it's design is still a little bit thinner. Both phones we compare here have Android OS, but Huawei Mate 30 Pro has the older 10 version while TCL 20 Pro 5G has Android 11.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro counts with just a bit better processing power than TCL 20 Pro 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro also has more RAM memory. Huawei Mate 30 Pro features a little bit better looking screen than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit higher count of pixels in each display inch and a slightly better resolution of 1176 x 2400 pixels.
TCL 20 Pro 5G features much more memory for games and applications than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, and although they both have equal 256 GB internal storage capacity, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1 TB. Huawei Mate 30 Pro has a bit better camera than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a less megapixels resolution back camera and a lower 3840x2160 video definition, it also counts with a bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a larger aperture to capture better images and video in low-light situations.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G's battery life is very similar to the battery performance in Huawei Mate 30 Pro.
