Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi 8, getting a global score of 87.1 against 83.3. Even though Huawei Mate 30 Pro is newer than Xiaomi Mi 8, it is somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier. These phones work with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System). The Xiaomi Mi 8 and Huawei Mate 30 Pro count with similar processors, and although the Xiaomi Mi 8 has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
Xiaomi Mi 8 has a slightly better looking screen than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels, a quite smaller screen and a just a bit inferior pixel quantity in each display inch. Huawei Mate 30 Pro features a greater camera than Xiaomi Mi 8, and although they both have the same video definition, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rates, a larger diafragm aperture to take better photos and video in poorly lited environments, a camera in the back with a lot better resolution and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing much higher quality photos and videos.
The Xiaomi Mi 8's memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is just as good as Huawei Mate 30 Pro's one, both have the same internal memory. Huawei Mate 30 Pro features longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
