Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 is just a bit better than the Sony Xperia XZ3, getting an 84 score against 79.6. Both devices in this review include Android OS, but Huawei Mate 30 has the previous 10 version and Sony Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Huawei Mate 30 is a newer and somewhat thinner phone than the Sony Xperia XZ3, although it is just a little heavier.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2880px and a higher amount of pixels per display inch. Xperia XZ3 has a quite bigger storage for games and applications than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB.

Huawei Mate 30 captures better pictures and videos than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Huawei Mate 30 also has a back facing camera with a lot better resolution, a lot bigger sensor which offers a much better image and video quality, faster 60 frames per second video frame rates and a bigger camera aperture.
