Comparison review
Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has a global score of 85.5, which is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 30's 84 score. Xiaomi Pocophone F1's construction is just a bit lighter than Huawei Mate 30, but it is a little thicker and was released a little bit more than a year before. Xiaomi Pocophone F1's processor is just as good as the processor in Huawei Mate 30, both have 8 cpu cores and a 8 GB RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has a bit sharper display than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has a little worse 1080 x 2246 resolution and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit better number of pixels per inch of screen. The Huawei Mate 30 shoots much better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same video frame rates, the Huawei Mate 30 also has a lot better 40 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera, a bigger diafragm aperture for better captures in low-light environments and a lot larger camera sensor providing a way better image quality.
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has much more storage capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mate 30, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 256 GB. Huawei Mate 30 features just a little better battery life than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
