Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a general score of 90.9, which is a little bit better than the Asus ROG Phone II's 88 general score. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro is a newer cellphone, and it's also a little thinner and somewhat lighter than the Asus ROG Phone II. Asus ROG Phone II's processing unit is very similar to the Huawei Mate 40 Pro one, and although the Asus ROG Phone II has a higher amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
Asus ROG Phone II and Huawei Mate 40 Pro both count with very similar screens, although the Asus ROG Phone II has a quite smaller screen, a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a just a little worse pixel quantity in each inch of display. The Asus ROG Phone II features a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because it has 256 GB more internal storage.
The Asus ROG Phone II counts with a really longer battery performance than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity. Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a bit better camera than Asus ROG Phone II, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for capturing pictures or videos in low light situations, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also counts with a much larger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back-facing camera with a better resolution.
