The Huawei Mate 40 Pro is much better than Galaxy Note Edge, getting a 90.9 score against 81.7. Huawei Mate 40 Pro's design is notably newer, but just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier than Galaxy Note Edge. These phones use Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 40 Pro has newer 10 version while Galaxy Note Edge has Android 5.0, providing a lot of extra features and better performance.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro has just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with 5 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores. The Galaxy Note Edge has a better display than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display and a bit lower 2560 x 1440px resolution, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixels count per inch of display.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro captures a lot better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has faster video frame rates, a lot bigger camera sensor taking lot better quality pictures, a bigger camera aperture for better low light photography and a way better resolution back-facing camera.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro counts with a much greater storage to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal storage. Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 4400mAh battery size.
