Comparison review
The Huawei P20 is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 8, having a 78.1 score against 77.4. Huawei P20 is a way newer cellphone, and it's also lighter and just a little thinner than Huawei Mate 8. Huawei P20 features a bit sharper display than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a bit more pixels per display inch and a slightly better 1080 x 2244 resolution.
Huawei Mate 8 has much more storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB. The Huawei P20 has a processing unit that's very similar to the CPU in Huawei Mate 8, both have a Octa-Core CPU and a 4 GB RAM memory.
Huawei Mate 8 counts with longer battery life than Huawei P20, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3400mAh. The Huawei P20 has a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a back-facing camera with way less mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 video resolution and a larger camera aperture.
The Huawei P20 not only is the best phones between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a lot cheaper, which makes this phone a no doubt choice.
