Comparison review
The Galaxy A80 has an overall score of 84.9, which is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro's 78.7 general score. The Galaxy A80 design is much newer than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro's, but it is thicker and notably heavier. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy A80, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro has just a bit better display than Galaxy A80, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px and more pixels per inch in the screen. Galaxy A80's memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is very similar to Huawei Mate 9 Pro's one, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory.
Galaxy A80 has a superior camera than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy A80 also has a back camera with a much higher resolution, a way larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a larger diafragm aperture for better photos and video in poorly lited environments.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro has just a little better battery duration than Galaxy A80, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3700mAh.
