The Galaxy S23 Ultra is slightly better than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, getting an 81.5 score against 78.7. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is a thicker but lighter device than Huawei Mate 9 Pro. Both devices in this review include Android operating system, but the Galaxy S23 Ultra has the previous 13 version and Huawei Mate 9 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a lot better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, because although it has a little smaller screen and a little bit worse resolution of 1440 x 2560, it also counts with a quite higher number of pixels in each inch in the display.
Galaxy S23 Ultra features a much better camera than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has a much larger aperture, a much larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with way more mega pixels. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra's storage for applications and games is very similar to the Huawei Mate 9 Pro one, both of them have equal internal storage.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra counts with improved battery duration than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
