Asus ZenFone AR has a general score of 77.4, which is a little bit better than the Huawei Mate 9's 73.4 general score. Although Asus ZenFone AR and the Huawei Mate 9 were only released 7 months apart, Asus ZenFone AR's construction is somewhat lighter but thicker. The Asus ZenFone AR has a little sharper display than Huawei Mate 9, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px.
The Huawei Mate 9 counts with a little faster CPU than Asus ZenFone AR, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of cores. The Asus ZenFone AR counts with a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 9, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB.
The Asus ZenFone AR has a very superior camera than Huawei Mate 9, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Asus ZenFone AR also has a camera with a much better resolution, a larger sensor and a bigger diafragm aperture. Huawei Mate 9 has better battery life than Asus ZenFone AR, because it has a 21 percent greater battery capacity.
