Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 edge+ has an overall score of 79.3, which is just a bit better than Huawei Mate S's score of 75.3. Even though the Galaxy S6 edge+ and Huawei Mate S were only released with a couple months difference, the Galaxy S6 edge+ is a little bit lighter and a little bit thinner. The Galaxy S6 edge+ features a better looking screen than Huawei Mate S, because it has a greater pixels quantity per screen inch, a higher 2560 x 1440px resolution and a bit bigger display.
Huawei Mate S has a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and also faster). Huawei Mate S counts with a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a little longer battery lifetime than Huawei Mate S, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity. The Galaxy S6 edge+ has a slightly better camera than Huawei Mate S, and although they both have the same back camera sensor size, the Galaxy S6 edge+ also has a larger aperture, a way higher video definition and a back camera with more megapixels.
