Xperia XZ3 has a global score of 79.6, which is a bit better than the Huawei Mate S's global score of 75.3. Although Xperia XZ3 is noticeably newer than Huawei Mate S, it is a lot thicker and heavier. The Xperia XZ3 has a bit superior processor than Huawei Mate S, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia XZ3 also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Xperia XZ3 has a much better looking display than Huawei Mate S, because it has a way better 1440 x 2880 resolution, a better screen density and a little larger screen.
