Comparison review

The Huawei Mate X has a general score of 89.4, which is just a bit better than the LG V50 ThinQ's 83.7 global score. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Mate X has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and LG V50 ThinQ has Android 10 version. Although it's the best in this review, we must highlight that it's also a way heavier and noticeably thicker cellphone.

LG V50 ThinQ features a slightly better looking display than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1440 x 3120px and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixels density. Huawei Mate X counts with just a bit more storage capacity to store more apps and games than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.

LG V50 ThinQ features a little faster CPU than Huawei Mate X, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores. The Huawei Mate X has a bit longer battery life than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh. LG V50 ThinQ takes better videos and photos than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a way smaller sensor shooting much lower quality videos and images and a lot lower resolution camera, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture.

Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG V50 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG V50 ThinQ. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy LG V50 ThinQ, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your savings.
