Huawei Mate X is just a bit better than the Galaxy S23 Ultra, getting an 89.4 score against 81.5. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android operating system, but Huawei Mate X has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy S23 Ultra has Android 13, so it provides the user some extra features.
