Although Huawei Mate X2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than OnePlus 8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as OnePlus 8. If you want to save some money, you can buy the OnePlus 8, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
