Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate Xs 2, getting a overall score of 79.3 against 72.6. Although the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is incredibly older and notably thicker than the Huawei Mate Xs 2, it's design is still lighter. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ works with Android 5.1 OS, and Huawei Mate Xs 2 comes with HarmonyOS OS.
Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ features a lot better display than Huawei Mate Xs 2, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a really smaller display, it also counts with a just a little better count of pixels in each display inch. Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a very superior hardware performance than Huawei Mate Xs 2, although it has 4 GB less RAM memory and a lower number of cores.
Galaxy S6 edge+ shoots clearer pictures and videos than Huawei Mate Xs 2, although it has a back-facing camera with lot less MP resolution and a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for capturing photographs and/or video in poorly lited situations. The Huawei Mate Xs 2 counts with a very superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The Huawei Mate Xs 2 features a way better battery duration than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 53% bigger battery size.
