The Huawei Mate Xs is a bit better than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, having a 91.6 score against 85.5. The Huawei Mate Xs body is newer than the Xiaomi Pocophone F1's, but it is extremely heavier and thicker. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 counts with a little sharper display than Huawei Mate Xs, although it has a really smaller display, a bit lower screen density and a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2246.
Huawei Mate Xs features a slightly better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB more internal memory capacity. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1's CPU is very similar to the Huawei Mate Xs one, both have 8 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processor.
The Huawei Mate Xs has just a bit longer battery duration than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh. Huawei Mate Xs takes clearer videos and photos than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because although it has slower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Huawei Mate Xs also counts with a larger diafragm aperture to take better photos in low-light environments, a lot more megapixels back-facing camera and a lot larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
