Comparison review
The Galaxy A60 is much better than the Huawei nova 2 Plus, having an 82.3 score against 74.2. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy A60 has 11 version while Huawei nova 2 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat version. Although Galaxy A60 is somewhat thicker than Huawei nova 2 Plus, it's a little lighter and also newer.
Huawei nova 2 Plus has a bit faster processor than Galaxy A60, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.
