The Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a little bit better than the Huawei nova 2i, having a global score of 78.7 against 72.4. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei Mate 9 Pro has newer 8.0 Oreo version while Huawei nova 2i has Android 7.0 Nougat, providing a couple additional features and performance tweaks.
