Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is just a bit better than Huawei nova 2i, having a score of 75.8 against 72.4. These phones come with Android OS, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has a newer 8.0 Oreo version while Huawei nova 2i has Android 7.0 Nougat, offering some nice extra features. Even though the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is better than the Huawei nova 2i, we must highlight that it's also a little bit thicker and a little bit heavier.
Huawei nova 2i has just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Huawei nova 2i counts with a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2160px, the Huawei nova 2i also counts with a just a bit better number of pixels in each display inch.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features a slightly better camera than Huawei nova 2i, although it has a way less megapixels back camera and a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution. The Huawei nova 2i and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro have similar storage for applications and games, they have the same internal storage and a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 128 GB.
