Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a score of 76.6, which is just a bit better than Huawei nova 2i's global score of 72.4. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has the previous 10 version and Huawei nova 2i has Android 7.0 Nougat. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is a noticeably newer cellphone than Huawei nova 2i, but it's somewhat thicker and heavier.
The Huawei nova 2i counts with a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2160 and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch of display. Huawei nova 2i features just a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei nova 2i also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Huawei nova 2i and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 feature similar storage for applications, games, photos and videos, both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity and an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a very superior camera than Huawei nova 2i, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a superior battery life than Huawei nova 2i, because it has a 50 percent more battery size.
