Google Pixel 2 has just a bit better looking screen than Huawei nova 5T, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 1920 resolution and a much smaller display, it also counts with a bit better pixels number per inch in the display.

Huawei nova 5T features a way better battery performance than Google Pixel 2, because it has a 3750mAh battery size. The Huawei nova 5T has a superior camera than Google Pixel 2, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the same diafragm aperture and the same video definition, the Huawei nova 5T also has a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a lot better photo and video quality and a lot better resolution back facing camera.
The Google Pixel 2 not only is the best phones between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also by far the cheapest one.
