Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A12 is slightly better than Huawei P Smart (2020), getting an 80.3 score against 77.5. Even being the best cellphone in this review, we must note that it is also a just a little bit thicker and incredibly heavier cellphone. Both phones in this comparison review use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy A12 has an older 10 version while Huawei P Smart (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Samsung Galaxy A12 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Huawei P Smart (2020). They have a Octa-Core processor and 4 GB of RAM. Huawei P Smart (2020) features a much better display than Galaxy A12, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a much better pixel number per display inch and a much better resolution of 1080 x 2340px.
The Galaxy A12 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Huawei P Smart (2020), because although it has lower video frame rate and a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Galaxy A12 also counts with a way more mega pixels back camera. The Huawei P Smart (2020) counts with a little bit more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy A12, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB against 1 TB, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage.
Galaxy A12 features a very superior battery lifetime than Huawei P Smart (2020), because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3400mAh.
