Despite being the best phone in this comparison review, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 is an older, somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker phone than Huawei P smart S. Galaxy Note9 counts with a bit better performance than Huawei P smart S, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy Note9 also has more RAM memory.
The Galaxy Note9 has a slightly better display than Huawei P smart S, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 2960, a bit greater display density and a quite larger display. Galaxy Note9 counts with a little bit better storage capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei P smart S, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Galaxy Note9 also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 512 GB.
Huawei P smart S and Galaxy Note9 count with quite similar battery performance. Galaxy Note9 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Huawei P smart S, because although it has a back camera with a much worse 12 MP resolution, it also counts with a larger aperture for better images and video in low light environments.
